These terms apply to your use of roxendesigns.in and to your purchase of the Ohrwurm A1 digital German-learning pack (the “Pack”), sold by Roxen Designs. By ordering you agree to them.
What you are buying
The Pack is a set of digital files: songs, a PDF workbook, flashcards and study tools for learners of German at A1 level. It is an independent self-study aid. It is not a full course and does not replace a teacher.
One-time purchase, no ongoing service
You pay once. There is no subscription and nothing to renew. We do not provide live classes, tutoring or individual lesson help. We help with download and file problems only, by email, as set out in our Refund Policy.
No guarantee of results
People learn at different speeds. We do not promise any exam result, visa outcome or score. The Pack is designed to help you remember vocabulary and phrases.
Licence
When you buy the Pack you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, stream publicly, re-record or distribute the files, or share download links with others, including in messaging groups. Teachers and institutes who want to use the Pack with a class need a separate licence. Please contact us.
About the music
The songs are created with AI-assisted music tools and are intended for language learning. Pronunciation and style in AI-assisted audio can differ from natural speech. If you notice a mistake, please tell us and we will review it.
No affiliation
We are independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Goethe-Institut, any exam provider or any course-book publisher. Names of exams, courses and books belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the Pack is designed to support.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). You pay at checkout through the payment methods offered there. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Refunds
All sales are final once the files are downloaded, except in the cases listed in our Refund Policy.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Pack. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Pack. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
