This policy is shown before you buy. Our product is a digital download (the Ohrwurm A1 pack) that is delivered instantly after payment.
All sales are final once downloaded
Because the files are digital and delivered immediately, they cannot be returned. We therefore do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, or because the pack was not what you hoped for. Please use the sample page, the free sample and the song list on our website to check the pack before you buy.
When we will fix it or refund you
- A file is damaged, will not open or is missing from your download. We will send you a working copy. If we cannot, we will refund you.
- You paid but did not receive your download. We will send it again or refund you.
- You were charged more than once for the same order. We will refund the extra charge.
- The pack clearly does not match what our website describes. We will review your message and, if you are right, fix it or refund you.
How to ask
Email shoproxendesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of buying with your order number and a short description of the problem, and a screenshot if you can. We reply within 2 working days.
What is not covered
Change of mind, not using the pack, or refunds where the pack was shared or resold in breach of our Terms.
Cancellation
Because delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank or payment provider decides how long it takes to show in your account, usually a few business days.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
