Ohrwurm A1 is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. There is no shipping charge.
How delivery works
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link appears on the order confirmation page.
- The same link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
- You download one ZIP file. It contains the MP3 songs, the PDF workbook, the flashcards and a short read-me.
If you do not get your link
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, email shoproxendesigns@gmail.com with your order number and the email address you used. We reply within 2 working days.
Keeping your files
Save a copy of the ZIP on your phone, laptop or cloud storage after you download it, because download links can expire.
Opening the ZIP on a phone
Android: open the Files app, tap the ZIP and choose Extract. iPhone: open the Files app and tap the ZIP once.
