Roxen Designs (“we”, “us”) runs roxendesigns.in and sells the Ohrwurm A1 digital pack. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. It is written to follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number and billing details that you enter at checkout.
- Payment status: payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or net banking login. We only receive the payment status and a payment reference.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookies needed for the cart and checkout.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
Why we use it
- To take your payment and deliver your download.
- To send order emails and help with download or file problems.
- To prevent fraud and misuse.
- To keep records that the law requires (for example accounting records).
- To send marketing emails only if you agree. You can withdraw that at any time.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies that are needed for the cart and checkout. We may also use analytics or advertising tools (for example Meta pixel) to measure how our ads and pages perform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of checkout may not work without essential cookies.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that we need to run the shop: Razorpay (payments), our hosting provider, our email provider, and analytics or advertising platforms if we use them. We may also share data when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law and our accounting require. We delete other data when we no longer need it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a summary of the data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it (unless we must keep it by law), and you can withdraw consent or make a complaint. Write to shoproxendesigns@gmail.com.
Children
The pack is meant for learners aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to buy and use it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or online service can be completely secure.
